The Equestrian Museum sought to understand at the strategic and institutional level, a way to promote their development, taking into account factors constraining and potentiating the national and international scene.

Thus, it was essential that the direction and vision of all museological dynamics, integrate quality factors, accuracy, crosscutting, opportunity and cooperation to contribute to the vitality and cultural dynamism, the Museum aspires.

In this way, we began the process of joining the Portuguese Network of Museums. The predominantly documentary and traveling concept gives the Equestrian Museum a substantially different character of traditional museums, allowing the different initiatives such as organizing committees of events, cultural institutions, other museums or sporting events, ordering the collections of the Museum, featuring the framework and typology initiative to better tailor the exhibition context.
